A cookbook full of Moroccan flavours, featuring recipes for simple and satisfying dishes such as Artichoke, baby potato & preserved lemon tagine, Sticky ras el hanout & peach short ribs and Buttermilk chicken kebabs.
Produced by Nargisse Benkabbou, a London-based chef and author. While growing up in Brussels, her parents filled their kitchen with the flavours of their native Morocco, instilling in Nargisse a passion for exploring her culture through food.
After taking a course at the legendary culinary school Leiths, Nargisse transformed her passion into a career, sharing her love of Moroccan cuisine. In 2018 Nargisse published her debut cookbook, Casablanca: My Moroccan Food.
Nargisse is currently executive chef at Marrakech rooftop restaurant 'L'Mida'.
